About the Euromeeting
Join Tablers, partners and friends from across Europe for a weekend in the historic harbour town of Køge. The RT45 Køge Euromeeting 2027 brings together Round Table clubs connected to the number 45 — and friends from across the RT family. Located just 40 minutes south of Copenhagen, Køge combines medieval charm, seaside atmosphere and easy international access.
Program Overview
Main event runs Friday–Sunday (14–16 May), with PreTours from Wednesday (12 May). Arrival times below tell you when to be in Køge to join each tour.

Arrive Tuesday 11 May from 17:00, or Wednesday before 9:00, to join this tour.
"Cliffs, caves & cold beers"
Arrive Wednesday (whenever suits you) from 17:00, or Thursday before 9:00, to join this tour.
"History, beer & brotherhood"
Arrive Thursday, or Friday before 9:00, to join this tour.
"Extablers only"
As a new initiative, we're inviting all extablers to join this epic pretour on one of Denmark's proudest golf courses. And of course, you'll share one golf cart for two Tablers, included in the price.
Cannot be combined with PreTour Friday (City Experience). Price €80. Arrive Thursday, or Friday before 9:00, to join.

Accommodation
Following traditional Euromeeting spirit, many guests stay with local Tablers and families. Arranged by RT45 Køge.
We'll try to host everyone who requests it — but in the end it's "first booked, first hosted."
